Are you a detail-oriented, reliable professional who takes pride in creating clean, safe environments? We are looking for dedicated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in flexible, early morning, evening, and overnight roles.

Available Shifts

Early Morning4:00 AM – 8:00 AM (flexible)
Evening6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Overnight10:00 PM – 3:00 AM (select nights)

Key Responsibilities


  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; dust and wipe down all surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners; dispose of waste properly
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing paper goods and soap as needed
  • Clean interior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  • Follow facility-specific cleaning checklists and safety protocols
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
  • Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines
  • Maintain supply inventory and notify management of low stock

Qualifications


  • No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Must be available for at least two shifts per week, including some overnight availability
  • Reliable transportation to job sites in the greater Houston area
  • Must pass a background check prior to starting

Work Environment


This position serves commercial clients across Houston and surrounding areas. Technicians may work in office buildings, medical facilities, retail spaces, and educational institutions. All locations are indoors. Cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided by the company.
